This makes it hard to do your job since the requests you get aren't well thought out - there's a lot of ambiguity. -no loyalty for time spent with the company -no support for career goals or personal goals - reviews are a joke -pay isn't great if you're not in the top tier - VP's and execs make an obscene amount of money
