As the company has evolved, several new policies have been introduced to improve the employee experience, showing a clear intent to adapt and support its workforce. A special mention to the support I received during my maternity journey. The organization was extremely understanding and supportive throughout my leave period. I was also able to extend my leave using my pending paid leaves without any hassle.
