They like to cut corners to save money instead * Bare minimum holidays of 18 days... doesn't increase the longer you stay * Career progression is non-existent * The company works under a climate of fear. Their method of motivation is to just threaten you with your job instead of mentoring and proper management etc * Management / directors engage in childish playground nastiness * Watched on CCTV cameras and monitored while out in the cars * Company treat their customers with disdain behind closed doors * Company aim to exploit NI's low wage economy and graduates looking for work * On the whole? Terrible place to work
