The company tends to be conservative in execution and highly cost-focused, which sometimes limits experimentation but also pushes the team to deliver the best within constraints. There are very few team bonding activities, which can sometimes affect intra-team interaction, cross-team interaction and overall employee engagement

Somehow the middle man theory is here. Founder is direct coordinate each and every work besides of managers. Some managers are friend and some are just a manager ( middle man ). No respect for what you doing. And also late night and weekends work policies are normal here. Either you have to work you can leave.

Learning from my reporting manager and the founders – watching complete disorganization be confidently labeled as leadership was an unforgettable experience. It genuinely taught me how not to run a company. Learning experience of how my specific function works – the best takeaway was understanding how poor planning, constant firefighting, and lack of direction can actively slow down growth. Division of tasks – work was dumped efficiently and frequently, usually without clarity, timelines, or logic, ensuring maximum confusion and stress for everyone involved. There was little to no actual guidance, but observing consistent mismanagement did provide a strong lesson in what ineffective leadership looks like.
