7yThank you for sharing your feedback, it’s concerning to hear about your challenges with your management. The survey you referenced indicated most of the employees at LogMeIn had significant trust in their direct manager, there was definitely feedback that people want to improve the trust in senior leadership and we are working on various ways to get better in that area. We shared those ideas and actions out with the Company last week via InFocus. Our goal is to ensure everyone has a positive relationship with their manager and is being given realistic and achievable work. One of our core values is about learning from mistakes, so it is tough to hear that not all of our managers are living that value.
I would encourage you to reach out to your HR business partner (or please reach out to me directly) concerning your feedback and the challenges you are facing. I would like to work with you to make things better and can assist by working with your management chain to coach on ideas to improve things. You can share your feedback anonymously with me and my team can put a plan together to drive some positive change.
