Executives are less than honest about the direction of the company. Leaves employees feeling unsure of their standing and lowers moral.

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
