Not much cold calling necessary. Great benefits. One self-care Friday off per month. Work-life balance has been great in the past. Fully-remote opportunity.

Compensation has been drastically cut this year while quotas doubled. Decent commission plan that offset lower than market salaries is gone. Making changes with no data to back them up. They used to really care about the employees, but have a "at least you have a job" attitude lately. Senior management is out of touch with the ground level.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
