Most people who work at this company are just incredible. They are this company's greatest asset and they are definitely not being appreciated enough (see Cons)

Minpunten

After the company went private everything slowly went downhill. A series of really unfortunate business decisions in the recent years led to the company reaching rock bottom, and instead of taking responsibility for those decisions the answer from the board was to 3 rounds of layoffs in 2023. A series of senior level leaders (from product and design to marketing and HR) leaving one after the other throughout the year confirms that things are looking grim for GoTo. In the product org, there's too much micro-management. The company hires senior contributors and then a bunch of middle managers to oversee them. I feel like you either trust a senior employee to do their work independently, or you don't, and then they're probably not a great fit for your company.

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Minpunten

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
