GoDISH is a growing company and there's a lot of potential for developing a real career here. The company has really been expanding over the last few months and soon we'll be moving to a new location to better accommodate that expansion. I've been really pleased with the owner's attempts to find out what is really important to the employees with this move. He seems to truly understand that addressing the needs of his employees will result in a happier group that's able to make more money for the company in the long run. Additionally, I'm part of a team that brings company concerns to members of upper management. It means a lot that our owner makes it a point to be there and that there's actual follow up on concerns and issues addressed in those meetings and not a lot of promises with no action. Motivated employees have a real opportunity with this company.

Communication could be greatly improved at this company. They still operate as if they're comprised of a handful of sales people and couple managers. I think communication in relation to newer support staff positions really needs to be looked at and improved.
