- free concert and festival tickets - great job that helps you understand the industry as a whole since you work with so many different people (agents, artist managers, artists, labels, etc.) - can make a lot of connections (if you put yourself out there/take advantage of the opportunities you have) - caring coworkers - hybrid

Minpunten

- low pay, no raises - overworked and underpaid - lack of work-life balance - upper management has favoritism which reflects in promotions - being micromanaged - cliquey

Just like the headline, the company was generous with work perks such as free concert tickets and even free snacks & monthly lunches. I also missed working with the people there. For the most part, coworkers were fun to be with.

sometimes the work/life balance became skewed heavily with more work rather than life balance outside of work..
