I've been working at Golfio for more than a year and I can't complain about it. Boss is pretty young but he rules the company including the store, office, warehouse and outside of US tea. He works hard when you work and plays hard when you play. I just love how they don't ask you to work overtime or give you that 'you better work late' kinda look. NEVER. They actually ask you to leave at 5:31 PM SHARP. They have less than 15 employees in the US but they manage to run more than 200,000 skus on complicated ecommerce backend and marketplace accounts by utilizing outside of the US team. Never late on the bi-weekly salary direct deposit You have to work to earn your PTO. You will get 1 hour PTO out of 30 working days which is approximately 9 days per year which can be used on national holidays and any days. They have a set rule on their employee handbook but it's pretty flexible for the PTO usage. Lunch is catered and you will gain weight while working here at Golfio because of snacks, desserts, cakes and ice creams.

Accrued PTO can be used maximum of only 3 days consecutively. Only 24 hours of PTO can be rolled over to next year. Building is right by the freeway and parking is an outdoor facility. But the car wash is right next to it. How convenient!!! lol
