Minpunten

The downside is how they treat their employees and the unethical behavior that goes on behind the scenes. Growth within the company is difficult even if your promised this. It's very "cliche" here and unless your famous, family, or best friend to CEO there will be no growth.

Clients are amazing and some management really cares about employees and our clients great deal of overtime available thorough training practices

Minpunten

Other DSPs do not understand the kind of work they are doing. I have seen numerous other employees come into work high or drunk and also smoking weed on the premises while caring for these people that need them to be in a clear state of mind to tend to them.
