Localização no centro do RJ permitindo fácil acesso. Um certo nível de flexibilidade, podendo em determinadas emergências resolver a vida pessoal.

Minpunten

Nao há beneficios fora plano de saúde. Empresa não investe em cursos ou nenhum tipo de educação aos funcionários. Pouca abertura dos niveis hierarquicos maiores com os menores.

Low pay; didnt pay out bonuses as a company last year. New ownership has reduced flexible hybrid schedule to one day with required in-office days are Mondays and Fridays. It was previously WFH on Mondays/Wednesdays/Friday which made sense given the late night/ early monring meetings in Singapore (HQ) to accomodate the time change. Extremely low retention rate
