      Terrible upper management who had no education or proven management experience. Negativity galore. Favoritism was very obvious. I was a favorite and it was just as bad for me as the non-favorites. No set rules or policies and everything changed on a whim. Hourly employees were mistreated by company. Receiving zero constructive feedback in my years of employment. We were expected to be on call and work 24-7, even on days we used PTO

Drastic pay ranges and gaps between staff levels, disabled workers are paid minimum wage, office staff receive $20 hourly while supervisors and coordinators make between 45-90k annually. Nonexistent communication between departments, teams, and employees Constantly short-staffed and overturning employees due to burnout and overworking of entry-level employees.
