Typical of Social Service Agencies to state that "no one in this line of work does it to get rich" What is it about social agencies that gives them the idea that persons looking for work will take less pay because they are working for a not for profit?

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
