it supports a good cause, hires good people, there is a very wide range of people and personalitys. We do have some great fun, though we do our work.

Minpunten

The pay is pretty set in stone. Some of the management needs to get on the same page, can be frustrating if they all have different expectations.

Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Minpunten

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
