They should increase their rate of pay, since they're the ones who do the pricing of the donated goods that customers buy. Next, management work six-in-half days a week when stores do not make their monthly budget. Management schedule is never final. Subject to change at any time, and it changes often! While vacation is mentioned in meetings, it is hard to get one. It's hard to meet the budget when you are depending on donation. And management are punished by working six-in-a-half days week, currently 8.5 hours or more a day.
