Regulars at CH GW are great and the store is Seattle Goodwill's One Of A Kind Store. DM - Paul is wonderful, he may seem hard on ya yet his opinions are spot on and if viewed constructively can offer great feedback on improvement needed.

Capitol Hill has High Turnover, Poor Management, Back Biting, Gossip that in some cases are traumatic. There is a constant playing of favorites, false fronts and one can be singled out for trying to aid in remedies for the many unresolved Issues. Promotion is many times dangled in faces stating to work harder being a role model to prove value. While many employees especially management waste time, stand around gossiping or stay in the office not running the floor. It is often the ones whom lack the 110% work ethic and are part of the gossip and slow or no work click...Who will get the position thats been dangled in ur face
