Great for a first time job. Wonderful job for those who enjoy sorting and organizing. The employee discount is nice.

Minpunten

Some of the younger workers have little desire to get assigned tasks done correctly or efficiently. Other get tasks done quickly but it’s sloppy which make the store look messy and difficult to shop.

Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Minpunten

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
