Pluspunten

They have a strong interest in employing the handicapped and hard to employ. The benefits are pretty good if you are hired at 30plus hours. Management is fairly accessible and helpful.

Minpunten

There are some gossipy cliques there. Don't get real friendly with people there until you know someone. The pay is probably below average. That is not surprising for a non-profit.

Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

Minpunten

Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Minpunten

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
