We're not allowed to accept tips for our hard work (if we do we're told to turn it in to the store of face termination) 3. No employee appreciation, Store manager receives a bonus check if the store does well while the employees get rapid reward (goodwill money) which is only worth 50¢ on the dollar 4. Store managers overwork us to assure that goals are met so that they get their bonus check We barely make ends meat and the ceo is paid $400,000 a year
