The highest staff turnover of anywhere I have worked. The people at the top will feed you lies and false promises to get you in, then work you to the bone. Once you say you've had enough (which won't take long, the company is severely understaffed due to most people not putting up with the ridiculousness of it all), they will throw money at you keep you there, but it is not worth trading your happiness and mental health in for a pay cheque. They will undermine you and make you question your skills and worth, and blame you for absolutely anything that goes wrong. I've had my fair share of bad experiences with toxic management, but this is by far the worst.
