Once we started the board took away all of our bonuses and restructured the entire operation, all of our PTO-Flextime was taken away and we were told raises the first year along with bonuses but no one got a raise. We were told our salaries were too high at one point, which is what was agreed upon in employment/hiring. Within the first year around 80% of corporate and store-level management and staff left the company due to mistreatment, lack of support from higher-ups, mismanagement, lack of integrity, bullying, and double standards. While employed at Ramsay's Kitchen OKC, many employees and managers were engaging in unprofessional acts such as; stealing food for alcohol, smoking in the restaurant, and sexual relationships between employees and managers, which made the company look terrible. Many employees reported managers to corporate HR for mistreating them (yelling at them on the floor, communicating poorly, dehumanizing staff, and belittling staff). When the board and members at the corporate level were told about this, nothing happened.

Extremely high leadership and executive turnover created a constant lack of direction and instability. Priorities, expectations, and feedback changed frequently, making it difficult to execute work efficiently. Workloads were consistently unrealistic, with long hours, weekends, travel, and responsibility spread across multiple brands without adequate support. Communication between leadership, HR, and teams was often inconsistent, resulting in confusion and a lack of accountability. Employee well-being and retention did not appear to be organizational priorities.
