My entire leadership team is amazing. I would follow any of them, anywhere. The company is horrendous.
Minpunten
1. The pay sucks 2. Every person here is doing a minimum of 3 to 5 other full time positions 3. As our regional says, "cash is king" more so than customer service or anything else 4. There is not only a lack of support from corporate offices, there is near constant harassment and nagging, literally almost every 10 minutes is another email/phone call to nag 5. Corporate has absolutely no idea how to manage a facility or people 6. Insurance is $300 per paycheck. $300! For average insurance!? WTAF 7. Raises? You mean the 1% - 3% a year? Pfft, keep it. 8. No idea of the challenges and needs of any facility in a market outside of Ohio 9. No training at all. Ever. Period. 10. They truly do not care about you as an employee. This trickles down to our residents. This is a horrific and nasty company. Stay away.
