-Relaxed work environment -Casual dress code

Minpunten

-No room for growth, no benefits. -Condescending & toxic management. Middle managers make unrealistic promises to CEO which in turn get dumped onto team members. -No accountability/breakdown of communication between different departments, cripples innovation and meaningful change within company.

Pretty much impossible to think of a pro. I did meet a few nice people there along the way (not in management though).

Never appreciated. Sometimes not paid! Borderline criminal working conditions. This is definitely the worst experience in my career.
