High walk in rate - Never sitting and waiting for clients and make a decent amount in tips due to the number of clients you receive.

Minpunten

Forced to do haircuts in a very short amount of time. Not able to really focus on doing your best work.

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

Minpunten

Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
