set base wage so even if its slow you will still have a pay check with bonuses if you make the numbers which are not to unreasonable. Normally busy and work goes by super fast. You can make good money in tips (if you don't have good customer service you will not make good tips end of story) Most managers and staff are great when on the right team.

Minpunten

Red zones make it difficult to always get vacation when you want. Sometimes its hard to always preform to the companies standards when over worked. Sometimes you do get treated like a number and it is hard to have a personal life if you are not someone who likes to be busy and can juggle things we.

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

Minpunten

Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
