Have to try to meet sales and performance standards. Some customers don't tip and can be grumpy or weird.

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

Minpunten

Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
