This place has gone severely downhill in the past 12 months. Upper management are flailing around without any sense of direction, and are guided by knee jerk reactions to issues. The resourcing issues are atrocious, resulting in them bleeding money bringing in freelancers to do the work last minute, whilst furloughing or letting go permanent employees. There is also no room for career progression and they will tell some people that there's an agency wide salary freeze; yet other people will get promoted. They do not treat their employees like people; just vessels to pump out work and it is no wonder that more than a couple of dozen people have left this company in the last 12 months; it's a sinking ship.
