Where standards have slipped to below acceptable, there has been a proactive response. Improving visible diversity across all levels is one of our priorities and progress is being made to support increasing levels of diversity at all levels.

Visiable diversity at all levels is not where I would like it to be. When people picture the role of Station Manager, it is unlikely they would picture someone like me as I'm the only non-white face. I'm confident that over the next 10 years, the landscape of diversity will change to ensure we have a good level of visible diversity.
