GreenShape is a woman-owned small business with a good industry reputation. Its size allows employees to experience and contribute to all aspects of the business and grow and expand their roles. It's a values-driven company in a dynamic industry, where employees can feel good about their contributions to the world. In particular, it's exciting to see the projects that GreenShape works on in DC. The work we do is very collaborative and new challenges and opportunities arise every day, making it a great place to learn and grow. Additionally, a culture of mentorship flourishes thanks to employees who have years of industry experience that they are eager to share. GreenShape uses a co-working space. It's not for everybody, but I quite like it because it allows us to mingle with other small businesses. The office management also provides free breakfast on Fridays, and hosts some fun events a couple times a month.
