Everything is cons here, whoever given the more than 1 star either they are forced to do so by the company, because we were in their shoes a long time ago, or they are made bargain with... Non-payment of variable component for over 2 years. Worst Management, delayed salary sometimes even it'll be 3 months, no support from HRs. It seems like one person company who takes all decisions and no increment. They don't value their employees and can call you anytime and there is no weekend kind of thing, I've worked 1 month without any weekend Off and more than 12 hours/ day and delivered the project but no recognition at all. No reimbursement, you've to use your money for travel and food on client location whether you're in India or abroad. No work life balance, life becomes hell in this company.
