No proper infrastructure to work. 7. Admin enjoy sleeps, watches youtube, netflix and chill. That is only hard work you will see here. 8. All Management pathetic. 9. CTO - doesn't have knowledge about any single TECHNOLOGY, lazy, dishonest, dumb, bad personality, poor thinking. She only depends on old employee to decide roadmap of project. She never helped to team. because lack of clarity, doesn't know industry standards because her is very low. I badly laughed once when she said that she is very energetic. CEO - is very pathetic, doesn't have an image in market as well as on linkedin profile, founder of this start up which is still start up. Gridle never grew with size of employee. All credits goes to him. His formula is HIRE FOR FIRE (soon). No matter who you are and what your position is, you have to work on anything like anything. if you are working on front end, later you will be forced to work on back end irrespective of your designation or choice. He is master in to trap clients by giving false hopes. You are safe until client pays. COMPANY - gridle is very biased in every department, only thinks about money. company never values to employee. This company has no vision to expand. That's why company size never grew above 50 and more importantly it is still start-up. Your working skills does not matter here. formula is that hire interns, treat like puppets for production level development and crush all the way to get max outcome at lowest pay. Previously gridle stole idea of slack to build product. later product failed badly. Obviously because of no creativity, no innovation. Then gridle purchased other company's product, modified(by adding it's name) and sell it. very low standard thinking, no vision at all. The harsh truth is that no single employee enjoys life here. Gridle = Greedy + idle
