      Working at GrowUp Group has been a really good experience. The company has a friendly and supportive environment where everyone helps each other learn and grow. The team leads are approachable, and the training is practical and easy to follow. I also love the flexibility. You can manage your own time while working with clients from different countries. It’s a great place if you want to build skills, gain confidence, and work in a professional yet comfortable setup.

      The company has painted a rosy picture of being women-oriented, which is true, albeit a lot of women are not paid.

      Minpunten

      1. The company provides 'free training' during which women perform significant amounts of work without compensation. There is no accountability regarding how the company utilises the eight hours of daily labour contributed during this period, particularly regarding written content. 2. The selection process is absurd. No clarity on what grounds clients are selecting VAs and how much of the truth is revealed to the clients. 3. VAs are made to write a blog on Medium, which is highly edited by the company's staff. 4. Your account can be blocked at any minute without valid reasons, and your salary won't be paid.
