It's a fast paced environment, very process oriented, and you work with very smart clients, experts, and co- workers. Since I joined the company has only gotten better in bringing the company together. Guidepoint caters not lunches, sponsors more happy hours, has lounges set up for socialization, and generally supports a more open & friendly atmosphere than ever before. The place has improved drastically since I joined and the company has NEVER been more profitable. The industry and company are on a roll right now and anyone who says differently is dead or blind.
