Absolutely nothing, that comes to mind.

This place is toxic, the equipment is trash, the management is horrible, the so called dispatchers are unexperienced, they will find any reason to blame you for anything that they did wrong. If you have a disability, don't even waste your time. They will discriminate against you and make up lies about your performance.

This is one of the few companies I have ever worked for in a corporate structure that I have regular contact and communication with both my District Manager as well as my Regional VP. Both are incredibly down to earth and approchable. In my opinion, I think this company has a great culture that cares about their employees. That is not to say that everything is perfect, but in my case, I certainly do not feel like just a number.

Minpunten

As is trypically the case in a corporate structure, anything that gets done has to go through lots of layers and so takes a while. The joke is that things move at corporate speed.
