I loved working here and learned so much. I worked with a number of coworkers that were amazing to work with and just a call away if you needed help. The best part of the job is helping clients understand what's going on with their taxes.
Minpunten
The hardest part of the job is being so short-staffed all the time leaving H&R Block with no other backup should you get sick. When hired by H&R Block, it was never implied that any employees would have to work alone at any given time. It becomes a safety issue when required to work alone at night, especially with no security cameras available. One warning: Should you be harassed by a client, coworker, or management, from my experience, the company hardly ever fires their employees. As previously mentioned, the company is so short-staffed that they are desperate for anyone and will keep them on, especially if they are an experienced employee.
