Very low pay, poor training, hard core pressure to sell "add-on products" to clients, management clueless as to the nature of actual tax work and the importance of trust and loyalty regarding the client relationship. It's about volume over value. The client experience is discussed but it's only words. When it comes to putting basic service principals into practice, the company falls short due to the constant focus on generating revenue.
