- None because the company has always listened and cared about my thoughts/suggestions. - Staff forums happen every quarter where staff suggestions are heard and things are put in place to make it a better work place. - I say "Cartridge People, where the dreams are made" because in all the years I've worked here, I have seen relationships blossom, Cartridge People babies, people achieving things in their personal life through the help and support of the business. Loyalty runs through people here from serior levels to the lower level staff - you won't be able to tell who's the boss because it's that humble here.
