Pathetic work life balance and gender inequality to the fullest, male employees are taken for granted as if they dont have a family and females are given full privelages. Boot licking of clients to the fullest. Managers are not trained for soft skills and they are literally promoted just for the sake of being there for the long time..HR is also spineless and does nothing for the employees infact they are loyal dogs to the managers, the manyata tech park Microsoft project is the worst of the lot...people are literally leaving the organisation after 6 months to an year still the HR is not bothered neither the management. Not even basic amenities are provides which includes cafeteria, gym etc.
