Pluspunten
Got 2 months of solid training after joining as a Full Stack Java Developer. Even though I was moved to QA later, the training content and exposure were good. Learned how an MNC operates — from email etiquette to professional communication and cross-team coordination. Good work-life balance in some projects (depends on your allocation). Salary is credited on time and there is job stability.
Minpunten
Project allocation is inconsistent. Some people remain on the bench for many months with no work, while others get heavy workloads as single resources. Even after performing well in the final training project, I was pushed into a QA role instead of Java development. Workload and timing vary drastically depending on the project — sometimes meetings go on till 3 AM due to offshore coordination. Growth opportunities depend heavily on your project and manager.
