Lack of vision. No strategy in place. Highly Bureaucratic environment. Not attuned to multi-cultural environment. Employees treated as 'Resources / Just Human Bodies' Human Resource department does not know how to talk to employees. Nepotism and Favouritism is the mantra to succeed in this organisation
