1, No as such difference with other IT service based organization (Top 10 or Top 5) - This can be considered as pros 2. Theory and concept was always good 3. Good infrastructure

Minpunten

1. CEO and president are transparent enough, but it does not take place when individual Manager follows the same 2. Upside down- the theory is good, my question is each and every orgnization does this, so what's the difference HCL is making here. In many case Management driven not employee driven- so upside down breaks! 3. Salary hike which every emplyee wants- no more good and nothing different with other organization so "OK"
