Acceptable work culture Freshers are entitled with responsibilities. So good place to start learning. Job is secure Internal processes are very well organized

Minpunten

Lower and Middle level management are under qualified Compensation is low, with minimal hike or no hike if there is an excuse of recession Resource allocation to projects are not skill based No option for the employees to choose a career path

It was a job. Pros??? None

Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
