Some helpful colleagues may help you in a real jam, but all of your colleagues come and go (revolving door employees sick of the company) and will openly share with you that they too are suffering just as you are/will be.

No training; poor pay; poor benefits; incompetent, non-USA acclimated management who all over-manage and micro-mange everyone beneath them too death; poor communications; poor hr department; strict "unwritten" no paid overtime "policy" that every manager makes every employee follow - even though each employee will be lied to and told that he/she can earn overtime.
