Lesser salary Poor management, each project is in critical phase thanks to stupid managers. Poor estimations for work U want to leave the company, the HR won't even offer you anything. Bigger team size is a disadvantage for resource's visibility. for something extra from your side, there is nothing extra from the Company. Some Oldie's in mid 40's and 50's may even threaten you( will make sure you are thrown out of the company Last but not the least Policies are on paper's only.

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
