Policy are not transparent. In Offer letter AMPB was given as fix salary but after i resigned they deducted my salary just like others as part of their money making policy "AMPB". They show they have very less variable but their variable is very high. Half of your salary is variable which you will never be able to know until you resign. Will take this ahead to Labour Court of India.
