Pluspunten
Project is good. Manager is very professional and concentrates on work alone other than any drama. He always encourages his team and if in case of any issue, he will guide and lead till we solve the issue. When there is no work (for like half-day), he will leave us instead of assigning other work to keep us busy. I liked this point because my previous project manager, whenever we dont have any work, he intentionally allots us work to keep us busy and torture us. In this project, even if we are free, we will concentrate on learning something or doing script fixes instead of wasting time. (Because I liked project, I like to work, so I concentrate on learning to get some value added to this project.) This project has lot of scope to learn.
Minpunten
HR management is worst. Those people iterally lie. Firstly they told me some structure for bonus, but that is different after I joined. There are no HR sessions. Reaching HR is very difficult. Even if we call, they dont lift. They wont respond to emails also. After continually calling for 5-6 days, they will lift call and answer rudely. There is no timeline for yearly hikes and appraisal procedure. After completing my first year here, I didnt received any hike letter even after 3months.
