Just about everyone that works "for" HCL is coming in from a subcontactor and being contracted out to larger companies. HCL claims to have servers switches and routers, but I've never been to their site, only to the contractor sites. A middleman with minimal liability. Other contractors are reporting to me missing paychecks (sometimes as much as four months worth).
