Mainframe shared services is the worst team to work in. The manager Sujit, is the worst guy ever someone might come across. He is in a dilemma of he is the CEO of the company. Doesn’t have leadership skills. Thinks as if this is Indian work culture where people will follow hierarchy of boss and employee. Bribes south indian workers employees by leveraging some extra ease to wfh setup. Quite a lot of toxicity. About 9 people have left organisation due to his negligence including a person who has worked with HCL for over 17 years. one of the bosses sujit reports to backs him alot.
